Kyle enjoys the challenges and opportunities inherent in the practice of law. Whether he is drafting a farmer’s estate plan, negotiating a long-term energy agreement, or creating a business partnership buy-sell agreement, he draws on his years of legal experience to provide individually tailored strategies for client businesses and protecting their wealth.

After graduating from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2003, Kyle began his legal career representing business owners throughout Indiana, which has led to a passion for working with entrepreneurs from a variety of fields. While many of his clients are in the agribusiness industry, he assists with estate planning and the legal needs of business owners. One aspect of the practice of law that Kyle particularly enjoys is planning for the successful transfer of family businesses from one generation to the next.

Kyle also serves as an active church board member and as a member of the Attica Community Foundation and its finance committee.
